This donation represents the first time in Arizona history that a community developer has donated land as well as providing for the entire design and construction of a public school. The 88,000-square-foot school, one of the first structures completed, accommodates up to 950 students (K-8) and includes a gymnasium, auditorium, baseball and soccer fields on its 15-acre site.
